The craft scene here is exploding. Seems like every week a new craft brewery opens. As a craft beer consumer, I say yay for competition! Competition makes everyone better, and gives us more to choose from.

I did a year and a half down there (the Army, not prison) back in the stone age. If there's anywhere I know where a cold homebrew would come in handy it's Texas in the Summer. Of course, we had that good Buckhorn beer at Ft. Bliss...excuse me, I need to go hurl now.
