    The hops I planted this year has a few buds . I believe this one is Cascade

    Me too. The spouse bought a vacuum food saver for us. I am considering a randalizer for use of fresh hops.

    That is what I am aiming for next year! My current plants look like they may start fruiting soon, but the two native varietals (both Korsta) just have not grown enough to be fruiting this year.
