Hi, I am new to Brewer's Friend (3rd brew coming this week) and have been brewing for about a year. I mostly do BIAB and my question is in regards to hop absorption rate in the equipment profile settings. I don't typically bag my hops during the boil and I siphon almost everything from my kettle into my fermentor except for any obvious gunk left over after I chill. Any advice as to what I should set my hop absorption rate at? Would it be zero or close to that? Thanks for the advice.
