Hoegarden white/wit beer

Funny this.....
No brewing for me for a while as all equipment (which isn't mucg anyway) is packed up, But.....
I just picked up 2 cases of Hoegaarden at our local supermarket. Close to the expiry date, but I don't mind that at all.
They are now cheaper than the local lager. At 35 U$ cents per bottle, you won't hear me complaining :)
You on the move there Zambezi?
It's not an bad beer I'll be looking to brew this one again soon as is on the grist I'll just up the Lemon myrtle 3 fold and I'm not sure but recon the 5min orange coriander and lemon myrtle addition might be better served as a whirlpool addition hopefully retaining more of the aromas maybe.

Yep, packing up a whole freaking lodge as my landlady has terminated my land lease.
So, taking down buildings and sorting through equipment and then building again on new location. And since I live on the site, I'm needing to move as well.
So, I deserve some nice beers every now and again ;)

I never particularly liked wit bier, but I am now developing a taste for it. And I couldn't resist at that price (after all, I am Dutch.... )
Curious to see how your recipe will evolve
