Got into homebrewing about a year ago. I got about 5-6 batches under my belt with some varied results but I've definitely caught the bug. Currently brewing extract but would eventually like to step up to All-Grain. I usually brew 5 Gallon batches but the temperature controlled ice chest I'm using for a fermentation chamber only holds 1 5-gallon glass carboy. So I'm definitely interested in some 1-gallon recipes I can throw in the closet.
