Hi guys, I'm new to beer making although I've drunk the stuff going on 30 years. I have made wine in the past, but after travelling to California a few times last year I was really surprised on the quality and hoppy flavours you guys have produced. Therefore I'd like to bring some of those flavours across the pond to drink with my mates here in the UK.
Welcome. If you're after the taste of the American Pale Ale that was one of the pioneers you can't beat a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone and Ozark's recipe is the best I have found (and comes up first in a GOOGLE search). It's what brought e to this site. https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/28546/sierra-nevada-pale-ale-clone
