here I am, trying to start all grain brewing after a couple of years of experiments with malt extracts.
I set up a dedicated room in my house, using a Grainfather system and an old fridge as fermentation chamber.
Just finished the fermentation phase of my first attempt to produce a Bitter.
Thanks in advance for understanding the silly questions that will come...
