    Hello,

here I am, trying to start all grain brewing after a couple of years of experiments with malt extracts.
I set up a dedicated room in my house, using a Grainfather system and an old fridge as fermentation chamber.
Just finished the fermentation phase of my first attempt to produce a Bitter.
Thanks in advance for understanding the silly questions that will come...:D

    Ciao, Andrea

HI, I'm from close to Turin. Good choice to visit Tuscany during spring time.

Ciao Andrea! Welcome. I hope to get a Grainfather or Robo-Brew someday.

I have never been to Turin but I lived in Avellino in 1987 and I really like Italy and hope to return again soon.

A Bitter is a wonderful beer. My wife wants to go to Italy and I think Tuscany is a must see area. Welcome to the forum. Cheers.
