Just curious if anyone has experience with lemon balm. I'm adding it to a citrus beer this weekend (probably not the whole 1 cup the recipe calls for, maybe half of that). Also I can't figure out why the priming sugar (in the recipe) is calculating so low. Usually for 1 gallon batches priming with honey calls for 1 oz (30 g) of honey...
