I won’t get anything close to exact due to using a different yeast, no sour beer added, I don’t have nitro capabilities etc. I have made what I consider a good Irish Stout (I enjoy it a lot) using a Guinness draught recipe. I see examples of the foreign extra stout but I was thinking the Extra Stout. Anyone have any ideas? I’ve looked all over the place and not found anything really.
