Good brewing year - 2025

[Greenways Brewery]

2025 was a good brewing year for me, I made three brews.
Brewed and bottled a Continental Pilsner, a Lager and for Autumn and
Christmas a Ruby Ale which I barrelled.
For 2026 I'm all set.

Thank you. I have been brewing for about 10 years, mostly from kits, but I add things to make
brew with a slightly different flavour, E.G. honey or extra hops. I made stout recently and added
some molasses. Made the stout a little pokey but a lovely beer.
