Foamy keg

I just put 4' of 3/16" beer line on 2 of my taps. The calculators suggest 1.5 - 2' for my temp, rise, etc. That just seems so short. I'm hoping with the much smaller volume that sits in the line between pours that my problem will greatly lessen.
 
I don't go by what they say, each line should touch the bottom of the freezer so it loops down then up to the keg, that way it has no choice to get cold before the tap
