Fermenting in Corny Kegs

    Or you could leave the receiving keg lid off while transferring, and the pressure will take care of itself.

    Why not serve from the fermenter?

    You certainly could. I like to harvest my yeast so I transfer to another keg. I also only have one keg I use for fermenting. It has a 1/2 inch cut off the dip tube.
