I am currently planning a Stout and have produced a balanced recipe with good pH and water chemistry to match Dublin water so it all looks good and recipe builder displays all green ticks so it matches Style in all areas but...
When I come to print out the view of the recipe the system changes the Pitch Rate for the print out version.
Although I have selected a Custom Attenuation level of 78% the View value displays a requirement of Cells Required of 54B. The Print Out version then displays 205B Cells Required! See partial screen shots below.
Even if you change the Custom Attenuation to 70% - to match the default displayed value the Print Out version does not change!
What is going on?
I changed the Custom Attenuation value to tweak the calculated Advanced Recipe Options and get the green ticks proving a Style Match so why does just going to a printout change the Pitch Rate calculation?
