I thought I'd posted this before, but apparently I just ran my trap about it on one or more monthly zooms with some virtual friends?

The pils is 'Prostejov' from northern brewer. This came out quite tasty, so I redid it yesterday and created snapshot for it. The numbers were pretty close all the way through.
going into mash out 1.044 vs. 1.041 yesterday. After mash out and adding in the darker malts I went into the sparge about 1.051. I did kind of rush this and ended up right back at about 1.041, but over volume. I boiled about 7 minutes or so longer until I got 1.042 on the refractometer and started the hop schedule.
got about 1.052-1.053 pre- pitch vs. 1.055 before. Last time I lost very little in the sparge. I will need to pay a bit more attention to the sparging next time out but all in all I'm optimistic I'll get a consistent replica of the original.
