...for some danky-dank pot/pine/citrus goodness in an IPA? Not going for monster hops - 50-ish IBUs - and I've got 1 oz Columbus and several ounces of Cascade. I'm thinking I want to split the Columbus between 60 and 20-30 And keep the Cascade in late additions. Might need to add more Columbus for dry-hop or whirlpool? Ideas?
