Hey everyone, I actually brewed this in March, but wanted some opinions/feedback.
https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/615350/awesome-recipe

I left it in the primary for nearly 3 months, then transferred to a secondary where I added 4 oz oak cubes and 4 oz of cocoa nibs soaked in a pint of bourbon. That stayed in the secondary another 2 months, then I bottled. I have tasted it and it is definitely not a session brew, and it's thick on the mouth like a stout but the adds for the secondary aren't terribly strong (I didn't want them to be overpowering). My neighbor has brewed for 10 years and he really likes it, so I wanted to share here and get other's thoughts on the recipe.

Looks pretty good. Should be pretty boozy but a good conditioning time will help that.

Thanks. It's been bottled now for about 4 months. I've sampled a bottle at 1 month and 3 months conditioning so far. I think by December it will be really nice. My goal was something like the Trader Joe's Vintage Ale that I see around the holidays in those stores.
