You could probably go 100% Citra instead of the Citra/Mosaic combo
I don't know about a saison+1 to Wayner’s Pale Ale!
I used them as the only hops in a Blonde Ale once, came out really nice and grapefruit forward.
I also like them as a finishing dry hop in a Saison. But that would just be a dusting and wouldn’t really solve your overstock problem.
I did a 5%ABV Mexican lager with 1 ounce of Citra last year and it was great. I did about .25 Oz up front and the rest with about 5m left. Good lawnmower beer.that looks like an IPA to me
I don't know about a saison
I don't usually hop a saison
I've made lagers with C hops before but not Citra
Citra has a unique flavor
guess Ill do a few NEIPAs and have a party
thanks for the feedback
I was thinking a lager alsoI did a 5%ABV Mexican lager with 1 ounce of Citra last year and it was great. I did about .25 Oz up front and the rest with about 5m left. Good lawnmower beer.
I have a similar problem, I accidentally double tapped an order of Citra so instead of 1, I got 2 POUNDS of it. Now down to 1 pound, 14 ounces. :-/

One of my favorite craft beers was called Sapling. They only used pilsner malt and Citra hops (they rotated the hops used each batch but Citra was my favorite). I've spent years trying to recreate it and have been unsuccessfulI was thinking a lager also
