I ended up with an awful lot of Citra hops in my freezer
I have a couple NEIPA recipes but really not in the mood for IPA lately
Any other ideas to use them up before they get old

+1 to Wayner’s Pale Ale!

I used them as the only hops in a Blonde Ale once, came out really nice and grapefruit forward.
I also like them as a finishing dry hop in a Saison. But that would just be a dusting and wouldn’t really solve your overstock problem.

Wayner's Pale Ale

You could probably go 100% Citra instead of the Citra/Mosaic combo
that looks like an IPA to me

I don't know about a saison
I don't usually hop a saison

I've made lagers with C hops before but not Citra
Citra has a unique flavor

guess Ill do a few NEIPAs and have a party

thanks for the feedback

I did a 5%ABV Mexican lager with 1 ounce of Citra last year and it was great. I did about .25 Oz up front and the rest with about 5m left. Good lawnmower beer.

I have a similar problem, I accidentally double tapped an order of Citra so instead of 1, I got 2 POUNDS of it. Now down to 1 pound, 14 ounces. :-/

I was thinking a lager also

that looks interesting indeed
at 18 IBU I'm not sure its an IPA but that's what they call it
I was thinking I have the cream ale racked up to brew for my nephews graduation party
it"s a session at 4.5 ABV
it's 50% pilsner malt
I think I'll use some citra in there instead of cascade
