Ok so I bottle condition the 10liter recipe,was carving for day 4,I couldn't wait...
Hit one open after it was in fridge for about 4hours.
I can actually taste the grapefruit and other titillations which evade my descritory knowledge.
It's beautiful,so this is why people homebrew.
Way different to the mass consumption beer sold.
Another week for condition will only reveal what other exciting flavors linger on my taste buds.
