Brew Log entry for Yeast Pitch?

There are selections for Yeast Starter and Yeast Harvest and Cone Dump but for just pitching dry yeast or even directly pitching liquid yeast we have to use "Other". Would it be difficult to add a Yeast Pitch entry to the drop-down?

I never thought of that. I always just pitched at ‘brew day complete’. I think we could add it- let me put it on our list.

The info on "Brewday Complete" is important for recording final fermenter volume and gravity and getting brewhouse efficiency, etc but often there's a cooling/chilling period and keeping up with yeast pitch temp, etc is often separate from that info. :)

Oh, yes, I know. I put that in my ticket too, to explain why we need something different. :) I know some no-chill, some chill more before pitching, etc.
