yes I went from a Put together system, mash cooler, big pot, RIMS.
I made the switch and went big. Spike 20 Gallon Solo all in one. Yes it costly and I went all in; all the bells and whistles, but my 10 gallon brew are 4 hours, start to finish. Unless it is a Stout
Id recommend Spike to anyone that has the means.
The only con was that I didn't have updated 220v Plugs. Mine were 3-prong where Spike is 4. I went with the adapter on Amazon until I could get an electrician in here to run a Line to where I brew in my Garage.
