To get the O G up over 1.040What is the purpose of 4oz of Maris otter?
The temperature of my fermentation area is in the middle of the reccomended range of this yeast and the description looks like a good choice for a bitter.a bitter with kolsch yeast?
If I used liquid yeast yes, but I stick with dry most of the time.You'll probably make a good beer. For more english-like fruity esters i'd lean towards WLP002,005 yeast and a bit of medium crystal instead of aromatic.
