Hey all,

So i was thinking about changing it up a bit on my Dark beer line. I currently have my Brightside Black Lager on draft which is VERY popular and one of my favorite beers that i make. It sells very well, but i am getting a little bored with it so i was thinking maybe i would reduce the overall abv down to 5.5ish and ferment it with trappist yeast relatively warm. I was gonna call it a belgian black ale(very inventive, i know).

it doesnt really fit any specific style, but i think it will be very nice.

recipe at this moment.

There is a place in Ocala that makes a Dubbel recipe and tones it down to about 5 something percent. The grain bill for a Dubbel might be a tick expensive though.
