Basic homebrew recipe needed with basic materials

Any suggestions on recipes using liquid malt extract type : Maris Otter. British Malt Extract.
Yielding 6%-7% ABV ?

target end batch volume 6 US Gallons or 22 Liters.

Shall i add more table sugar to increase alchole?
Using the same material mentioned above.
 
I'd say do a strong ESB. Not entirely true to style but I like them.
