What is your favorite clone recipe, the one with what you feel is the most successful for you. Even with you personal touch to it?
It's a tossup between Bells 2 hearted and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Both easy to brew, hard to screw up and taste so darn good,
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale of course https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/28546/sierra-nevada-pale-ale-clone
I really like 2 all grain clones from Northern Brewer. Caribou Slobber and Dead Ringer. Both make great beers and imo, the Dead Ringer may be even better than Two Hearted. You can get the recipes directly on the NB site, but usually once a year you can purchase 3 kits for $19.99 a piece.
I've only done one so far, the all grain zombie dust, but it so good and everyone likes it so i keep brewing it
I've done the Sierra Nevada PA and it's almost gone, so good, (change the hop bill a little at the 60 and 30 min sub'ed Columbus and Golding in) Zombie dust is conditioning now, couple more weeks. Will give the Drool a go as I like brown ale
This has gotten me real close to Weihenstephan Original. https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/360889/wohelles
