for all grain with a true false bottom and sparging I use #2 or #3 depending on the grain, for BIB no sparge I would use #5
That last one had the best crush that I can tell. 4 Don't look to bad either I don't use A mill to crush I wizz with a blende style thing my main aim is least amount of whole grains. Think of it ain't cracked the enzymes can't get in and convert the starches locked up in the kernel therefore taking it out the play so efficiency drops because of this.
If brewing Biab go fine go untill no whole kernnels left.
