Altitude "un" adjustment

Ok I have a recipe that was brewed at altitude without any adjustment for altitude. Since then I adjust my hops addition for altitude. I've made an equipment profile for that includes altitude adjustment. For this one recipe I need to make it without altitude adjustment (it was really good as is). What are the options for doing this? Should I just build a sea level equipment profile or is there an easy way to bypass the altitude adjusted utilization?

On another note is there a way to override the default altitude utilization. It doesn't match what I have used in the past.

Ok, in the middle of the night the light came on. If you run into this in the future it isn't an issue. The recipe editor doesn't change the recipe. It just displays a corrected IBU based on your altitude. The IBU it is displaying is accurate for this recipe at the altitude it was originally brewed in. So I'm good.
