Cannot say. But if you carbonate with priming sugar, and it comes out low, it can always be externally carbonated.

I’m a bit puzzled: if you have a keg, do you have a CO2 tank and regulator? If so, just carbonate it that way. If not, how do you get it out of the keg?
I have a single regulator for three beer lines, so I can't really set two at 2.0 and the other at 4.0. I was figuring to prime with sugar to get the desired carbonation level, then dispense with the usual setting (although the other two kegs might blow by then and none of this makes a difference).

Good point about adjust with CO2 if it comes out low. Thanks.

I've done it
it actually works fine to carbonate and if your over or under its easier to adjust in the keg
the only downside is if your reg is set for 2 Vols or whatever once you put it on the tap line after a bit of pulling beer you will wind up at that 2 vols
what I do is don't put it on line with the other kegs but burst carbonate it as needed
