20 year gap between Extract & All grain

I use Brewer's Friend. Never had an issue with it. Though, to be fair, I've never tried any other software so I can't really compare.

There was a time two or three years ago when the software here went haywire for a while. I found Brewfather then, and never switched back. The forum here is worth the subscription, so I continue to be a paying member.

I do remember that, but for some reason the BF software chaos never affected me. I don't really know why. Maybe it has to do with a very simple BIAB set-up, or maybe my expectations are just low to begin with.
Anyway, I'm sure all the softwares are fine once you get the hang of them.
