Dunno if it's helpful, but I threw together an example session here: https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/brewsession/423762 It's up through having an incomplete "Brew Day Complete" log, if you want to edit that to add fermentor volume it should replicate the issue.

Low priority, but I've found that if the "Brew Day Complete" log is entered without all the needed information, and then the information (volume, gravity) is added to the log entry later, the Wort Volume never gets calculated. However, if you add another "Brew Day Complete" with all that...
