Out of curiosity, for those of you who keep base grain(s) on hand at home, what do you keep and why? Pilsner/Pilsen, 2-Row/Pale Malt, Pale Ale only? A selection of several? A particular brand?

I've never used it before, but it seems to make more sense than the others. Your thoughts?

Can someone point me to a definitive answer on how to calculate line length for a nitro/beer gas line and/or if it really matters? I appreciate "personal experience" but I want science and math... maybe a calculator other than the CO2 ones. Thanks everyone.

Hey, I recently hooked up a Tilt to a Kindle Fire 7 9th Gen and I'm only getting updates when the Kindle is open and the app is on. I looked through all the settings, but can't find out what is wrong. Anyone have an idea what is wrong?

What are your thoughts on diacetyl rests for a cream ale? For? Against? Why? 15+ years of homebrewing and it is a style I've never tackled.

Not including what I did for work, I brewed 155-165 gallons of beer, wine, cider and mead in 2020. Legal limit is 200 gallons for personal use (in a two or more adult household). Has anyone else added up their volume? Is is strikingly more than previous years?
