Just about to start the boil on a batch of "Shore Leave" Cali Common...still one of my favorites.

My latest Brown Ale, much more malt forward than my usual beers...pretty tasty though.

Obviously, you need a basement...too much stuff is usually the by product of lack of space...lol

Interestingly, since I put in the glycol system, I haven't used it as much as I thought I would...but I'm sure I'll use it on the next brew. Basement has gotten too warm to just let it ride this last week.

Well brewed Blonde on Blonde today, volume was 1/2 gallon heavy, efficiency was 1 point better than expected, gravity was .003 low. Pretty sure it's still well within range for a cream ale. I should really adjust my system loss down .5, the last 3 brews have been over volume.

Think I'm gonna wash some bottles, probably need to go to the rifle range first though. Temps in the 60s, not much wind...good day to shoot a couple rifles.

Cluster hopped best bitter, a little over carbonated on purpose. Really not bad

Just got a bag of Briess Synergy Select Pilsner malt, filling up the bin today.

I'm not worried about it, it'll be beer...might even be better, still technicly to style.
