A friend gave these to me. Does anyone know anything about them, if they are good or just ok. Should I save them for a special occasion? One says "Biere Triple 0'Aroenne" which seems like a triple, the other one says "Biere Brune" sounds like a brown ale.

I am going to brew a British brown ale and not sure which target water profile to choose. I guessed and put in the Buron On Trent (historical and decarbonated) style. I wish the target water profiles would just tell you what beers they are good for instead of stating the cities water.
