Most breweries don't even put pumpkin in their pumpkin beers just pumpkin spice

I know there aren't many that do. Pumpkin is a pain in the ass to brew with, even at our level. From what I have tasted, the holiday spice ales/Christmas Ales aren't a whole lot different from a Pumpkin beer.

My Christmas Ale has a subtle ginger and cinnamon flavor, NO nutmeg, clove, allspice, cardamom, or pepper flavors. I DO NOT like so called pumpkin ales, not one bit!
