I visited a brewery today!

Took a trip up to Lake Champlain/Burlington/Stowe this week. Breweries everywhere, and this wasn’t necessarily a beer-cation.

Some of Vermonts finest

Got a sampler at the Big Island brewhaus on the main island. Owner was the founding brewer for the Maui Brewing Co. The rice lager was my favorite so I took a 6 pack with me. The gose was very interesting (kombucha like), good Pilsner, pale ale and red IPA

Cowbell in Blyth Ontario is well known for an amazing facility and restaurant, and beer that is largely meh. They do have Hazy Days, and Nitro stout that are really good that I do buy on a semi regular basis. Had never been to the Brew Pub though until today, so here we are with our flesh and bones friends including the infamous Jeni!

Looks like an amazing place! Love the architecture

They definitely had some big $$$ backing them when they started up. Established in 2017

Brings to mind “How do you make a small fortune with a brewery?”

I think I’d enjoy some time there.

Beautiful place.

Cave Hill Farms Brewery near Shenandoah. Flight #1: prickly pear elderberry seltzer, strawberry watermelon sour, imperial pumpkin ale, oktoberfest marzen, hopped pale ale, and porter. Flight #2 blueberry blonde, pumpkin ale again, hazy IPA, pilsner. All are solidly good not great, but the weather is beautiful and the scenery is top notch.
