60 degrees

Probably run another batch of my Shore Leave Cali Common, last one seemed to disappear pretty fast.

Dodged one today, the controller on my boil kettle failed today...while I was flushing the plate chiller post brew. Never great to have something break, but the timing was good anyway. Anyway, today I kegged an American Light Lager and brewed an American Lager. Also ordered some specialty...

That totally counts...

Brewing an American Light Lager, it’s a style that has been the bane of my brewing since I started. This time it’s going to be great! ;)

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Next up, just a simple pils/grits cluster hopped american lager.

Picked the Saaz hops and set them on the racks to dry.

Officially releases tomorrow

Totally worth seeing in the theater. Not going to give any spoilers, but it is REALLY good.

Ok, I'm all set up with sleeper

Copy that

Ordered one this morning

When is the draft?

Well since I've got a couple hundred of the old returnable longnecks I've upcycled and 40 pounds of crown caps...
