Can somebody give me a reason why I don't need one of these? I prefer to bottle my beer(easier to grab and go), I have a keezer and kegs that could be used for lagering...I could mount this right over my stainless wash sink and use some pipe insulation to keep it cold on the way there...
When your trying to add must to the fermenter holding a funnel on one hand and trying to pour with a bucket...spilled an indeterminate amount of must...now I could have just measures what the level in the fermenter was and how much water I still needed to add, did the math and....sometimes I...
Bottled up, 2 cases of Shady Bohemian, used what was left into the fermenter to make up about 3 gallons of Braggot with another 5 quarts of water and 5 pounds of honey,(ish pouring problems). Gave the keezer a once over and put the bottles of Shady Boh in it set at 62 to carb up.
The braggot...
My other league uses ESPN, very slick. I've also used Yahoo! before...I'm game for whatever app you want, your circus/your monkeys LOL

Busy day today, brewing Shady Bohemian, washing bottles and replacing the rest of the lines on my glycol chiller with heavier duty silicone.
May also clean out the keezer, haven't used it in a while and I'm going to need it for lagering.
Kinda washed my hands of competitions a 2-3 years ago, figure I'll take one more swing at it. I've never fared well in the Madison comp, usually some pretty stiff competition.
Going to send 3 beers this time, Shady Bohemian(Czech Dark Lager), Shore Leave Lager(California Common) and Drea's...
Most likely M84 Bohemian Lager, possibly White Labs 800 if I'm feeling it, but I usually stick to dry yeast. I'll just add it to the fermenter and let the yeast cake rock on after I bottle it down to about where I want it.
A little late to the party on this one, but this thread has got my wheels spinning...
I'm thinking about brewing an oversized batch of Shady Bohemian, leaving about 2 1/2 gallons in the fermenter and topping it off with an equal volume of unfermented mead....
