I love kveik, but exclusively use Lutra. Voss tastes like rotten oranges to me. I typically brew my hoppy golden ale/session IPA with it during the summer. Works great! Any other pale/IPA/hazy would be fine. Nothing too caramelly or malty. I also save the slurry and repitch up to 5 or 6 times...
