Gringo tacos using home made tortillas. First time making them, they were tasty despite being a bit thick (almost like a gordita). Next time i will make the dough balls smaller so i get thinner tortillas.

Really enjoying Enterprise (Started season 2). This is my first time watching it after watching TNG, DS9 and Voyager in sequence.

Finished Voyager a couple of days ago (Last episode was a bit disappointing) and have started watching Enterprise of which i am enjoying.
