    The gravity isn’t changing (fluctuating between 1.018 and 1.019). Temp is now at room temp (70 F). I can see the pressure has increased on the spunding valve and can smell the aroma in the kegerator and it’s pleasant.     Glad to say the gravity is down to 1.023, hopefully this turns out ok and doesn't stall.

    Looks great, I will brew this next! I may replace the CTZ with German Merkur, Citra with Hallertau Blanc and the simcoe with Sabro as i have these hops i bought when my LHBS was closing.
