    Update….got home today and it smells like someone took a sour dump in my fermenter! Think I’m in trouble here, I’ll ride it out and see what happens. I’ll be making sure the kettle is airtight from now on

    It was left outside and it wasn’t completely sealed because I had a hop bag tied up to the handle. It did also smell a bit wrong but my back yard stinks from all the rain so wasn’t sure. I’d also used a different grain bill to what I’m used too. Could be interesting…oh well always learning...

    Thanks for the welcome guys! Your little bird would be correct @Trialben.. Stopped at Airlie Beach and had a few local lagers. Haven’t really enjoyed a lager since drinking hoppy beers but these were delicious!!

    Hi guys, New to brewing and thought I’d share this beer..! El dorado, citra and simcoe. Nice beer, clean and great favour. Can really taste the candy notes from the el dorado. First time using gelatin and very nice clarity.
