While I enjoy spiced beers and new ideas - there is something so satisfying about a nice simple beer. Yup, I prefer to drink German lagers and ales. I'm also fond of Brown ales and Scottish ales. I love how many new breweries opening up all around the US and even Maine and New Hampshire. However, I loath how nearly all of them in these parts mostly make IPAs and Pale Ales. Frustrating to say the least... Maybe I ought to be in the Midwest....
