Going to try and brew tomorrow

might be a tad sweet from all the crystal but if you like that it looks good

I added a bit more base malt to get the ABV up to 5.
going to leave the crystal the same this go around.
the Munich, is from Root Shoot Malting here in Colorado, so is the Metcalf.

sorry didn't see it was munich, I just glanced, that should work fine

Boiling now,

If my numbers were right, this is the best conversion I have ever got. 91%

So it is starting to rain...had to drag the brewery into the garage, didn't interrupt the boil....I AM AWESOME!!!

And then it started hailing......

Colorado...Every season in 1 brew day!

Pity boil wasnt done you could a timed the hail to cool your brew down LOL.

So I hit my numbers but overshot my volumes.
This was part a goof in the recipe creation, and part a need to adjust how much is left in the pot after draining.
The recipe called for 7 gallons to the fermentor, but I only transferred 6.

After I factor that in, I still had a gallon of wort/trub in the pot.

I have adjusted my equipment, and I think I will be much closer now
