Historic Yeast!

I would give it a go.

I saw that...Here's what interests me: "Adams cultured the yeast in test tubes with the help of a microbiologist friend and then spent the next two years brewing test batches to get just the right taste." How many" test batches" were needed if the original yeast was intact? I suspect that whatever the final organism was, it was mutated and contaminated enough to be the original yeast in concept only.
It's an interesting endeavor, but more gimmickry as far as I'm concerned.

News flash, there is yeast floating in the air!!!! That damn sh*t, I mean that wonderous, sugar eating little fella is everywhere:D Even under the sea!

Yeah^^^^^...You can keep your body-hair brews, thank you very much.:D:D:D

"yeast from the brewmaster's beard"
...not surprising that they were able to harvest something usable. ;)

Now, "yeast from the homeless guy out back's beard" would be waaaay more impressive and a 1000x times less appealing. :p

I don't even want to start this but...just google Polish Model Beer.
