Been tweaking this cider since October. 7% bourbon oak aged goodness with a little back sweetness. Killer good :D

Wow! Looks really nice. I'll bet Lisa has laid claim to a good part of it :)

My last cider, the Mango Habanero, has been slow to disappear. Just checked and there's between 1 1/2 and 2 gallons left in the keg after more than 4 months. Miriam has been saving it for when Callie comes down in 3 weeks.

She made a surprise visit over Christmas. Wasn't planning on it due to all of her time working on grants and manuscripts at work as well as all the things associated with applications for her PhD program. Guess the cider will get drunk when she comes back down in Jan.

Thinking the next cider will be Jalapeño Lime.

Heck yeah that is super clear there group W. I also see the latest brulosophy exbeeriment is a cider as well this has got me thinking I should get stuck into one of these.
