Lately, trying to brew every second week, hoping to get two in over the holidays. Would like to get ahead of the curve and actually have some inventory!

Zombie Dust clone brewday. Had a very bad stuck sparge that required significant effort to finish and get boil volume. OG suffered as a result. Should have been a 1.060 and got only a 1.053. Oops. Oh well, it’ll be a little less alcohol for a more sessionable late fall IPA. Cheers!

Will give this at least 8oz of dryhop

Mashed in on a Tangerine Wheat

10gallon boil of Tangerine Wheat.

At ease men, good work, we got the wort in the buckets now!

They are resting

. We had a full day.
Actually have props to tip them to get that last wort out.
Without tipping it leaves about a qt in 10gal mash tuns and a little more in the keggles.
