May I present my first IPA

Since I started brewing beer all I worked on was perfecting my process and Brewing German lagers I have now spread my wings and made my very first IPA I'm not much of an IPA fan but I could sit down and drink three or four of these it has a wonderful grapefruit nose a very Citrus grapefruit flavor I'm quite surprised and I was able to keep the head retention as you will see in a few pictures

As per usuall a great looking beer Crunk looks wholesome mmmm mmmmm im heading back to the kegerator now with renewed thirst.

I will set the recipe to share sometime today, gonna be busy, got a 16lb brisket on the smoker, and brewday today starts at 8 am, and tomorrows brewday starts at 9 am. Plus i have a quick beer tasting between 3 and 4 pm today.
