Since I started brewing beer all I worked on was perfecting my process and Brewing German lagers I have now spread my wings and made my very first IPA I'm not much of an IPA fan but I could sit down and drink three or four of these it has a wonderful grapefruit nose a very Citrus grapefruit flavor I'm quite surprised and I was able to keep the head retention as you will see in a few pictures 20180720_171414_resized.jpg
