Red Rye Ale Recipe

Oh, and I can't get Carared from the LHBS (Caravienne is the substitute), nor can I get Special W (Special B is the substitute there). Progress report: It had dropped from 1.050 on Sunday to 1.018 last night (2 days) using the Dry English Yeast (WLP 007, 1.5l starter). I'm letting the temperature drift upward to dry it out as much as possible, key to making this beer good!
 
I'm itching to try my first rye ale. This I might give a try... Looks really good.
