cork on the floor

i found the cork on the floor the day after i set the blow off, it is a one gallon carboy
i don't know how many hours it was like this
should i continue the fermentation or it should be considered contaminated?
any one had something like this?

chances are its pushing out C02 and pushing out anything else so I think your fine

It'll still be outgassing so the pressure will make contamination unlikely , should be perfectly safe

Your fermentor spat the dummy or should i say cork haha. At least you know fermentation wad healthy.

Wort sort of brew we dealing with here its already got some character about it?

I'd move forward with it. Take a sample when you rack or package it. I'd bet it'll be acceptable.

it is a smash - Mosaic & Maris Otter , very active fermentation! OG was pretty high
