Didn't brew but I did get Brie made, a nice Pumpernickel baked and made Granddaddy's Favorite Sourdough Crust Pizza! Brewing tasks on tap tomorrow.

I do more a European style - dense, heavy, great for stews or goulash. And yes, like the pizza crust, sourdough.
